What to expect, how to get here, and answers to common questions

Cozy living room interior with a bench featuring black and white patterned cushions, a side table with a vase of flowers and a blue glass. There's a wall-mounted artwork above and a tall bookshelf with decorative items and books. A potted plant is situated near the bench.

Arrive as you are

For your first session, I take extra time to check in and understand where you’re at—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so I can tailor the treatment to what you need. Arrive on the hour and allow for 10-15 extra minutes to connect, ensuring we have this conversation without feeling rushed.

When you step inside, you’ll be welcomed into a comfortable space where time slows down, and the outside world fades away. Settle in with a warm herbal tea or lemon water, and take a moment to tune in. Whether you’re looking for a focused, therapeutic session where we work together to release tension or a deeply relaxing experience to melt away stress, I’ll create a treatment that feels right for you.

Aromatherapy is included, and if music helps set the mood, you’re welcome to make a request. Your time here is yours—let’s make it count.

Getting here

Red brick building with a gray roof and chimney, surrounded by trees and shrubs. In the foreground, purple flowers and green foliage are visible, with a wrought iron fence and a crosswalk leading towards the building.

Mile End Massage is located in a beautiful heritage building at the corner of St-Joseph and St-Urbain.

When you arrive, enter the lobby and look for the Mile End Massage sign on the door to the right. Pull to open, then head up the stairs to the second floor—my door is the first one at the top.

If the door in the lobby is locked, send me a text message.
